The Mole Antonelliana is an icon of the city of Turin and in recent years it has been used for various projections to promote events. It is in the centre of town and visible to all, from the ground or from panoramic view points on the hill. PROIETTA has worked on a series of different projects ranging from Cinema and Environment, The Book Fair, and other commemorative occurrences. The roof of the Mole has a very particular shape and is made of special material which renders it technically very challenging for projections, but PROIETTA’s mapping system can overcome these prospective deformation difficulties rendering perfect chromatic projections in the most difficult of circumstances.
